These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taraplay ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taraplay.win and all associated subdomains, mobile web applications, and related services.

taraplay reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds and winnings may be voided in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) taraplay account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update taraplay if any information changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, taraplay requires all players to complete identity verification. taraplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that provides false, misleading, or unverifiable information, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

taraplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods and transaction limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your taraplay wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya). taraplay does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your e-wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed same-day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time).

Pending Bonus Wagering: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw while wagering requirements are pending may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus amount.

taraplay reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems suspicious or unusually high in value. Transactions suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms may be suspended indefinitely pending investigation.

taraplay offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applies to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Color Prediction and Fisher Game contributions are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds remaining after expiry will be removed from your account without notice.

All games available on the taraplay platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) engines for digital games and real physical equipment for live dealer games streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined by these certified mechanisms and are not subject to manipulation by taraplay or any third party.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published by the relevant game providers and are subject to independent third-party audit. taraplay does not modify published RTPs.

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or communication failure during a game round, taraplay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Wins resulting from a technical error or game malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taraplay platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the taraplay platform without prior written consent from taraplay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taraplay's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, any individual transaction, or any service provided shall not exceed the total amount wagered by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taraplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from Internet disruptions, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.

taraplay makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk.

taraplay collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and taraplay's Privacy Policy.
